Full payment prior to shipping. Payment must be made in U.S. Currency. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, wire transfer or personal checks, there will be a 10 day banking delay before shipping while check clears.

Florida residents must add 6% sales tax. Live guarantee with Shipments by air cargo. Any claims must be made within 6 Hours after arrival.

Minimum packing charge is for the first styrobox $ 10.00 and each additional $ 6.00
We do not give live guarantee for Shipments which are made through Postal Service, UPS or when the temperatures are below 36 or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Also there is guarantee if the customer doesn't pick up the animals within 2 Hours after notification by the carrier.
The animals may be sent via air cargo counter to counter, same day delivery cost $ 55.00; general aircargo aproxm.$ 50.00; UPS $ 20.00 and more. No cash refunds!! We replace the animals only!
